I’ve been eating vegan since 2017 and before that I was already eating vegetarian for two years. As I like to eat mostly healthy, I usually call my ‘diet’ plantbased. If possible I eat organic and glutenfree. Ibiza has many amazing food hotspots, so I made a big list of all the vegan friendly restaurants I know in different area’s.
In this article you can find 100% vegetarian or vegan restaurants, but also places that offer plantbased options. So even if you’re going to eat with non vegans, you can always find a nice hotspot for everyone.
There’s definitely a lot of Spanish fish or meat based restaurants on the island, that I did not mention as they don’t promote vegan food. But even if you end up there, there’s usually a veggie paella or traditional ‘pan con tomate’ on the menu.
