30 years old, born in the Netherlands, but living on Ibiza now.
I’ve always had a big love for Spain, as I went to Costa Brava with my parents every summer. When I got older I became interested in Ibiza but didn’t go yet, until I won a Ibiza trip with an Instagram give-away 🤩
I already liked the island a lot at my first visit in 2016 and we didn’t even see that much. Two years later I got another cheap chance to go with colleagues (classic party time). Call me delulu, but I felt that the island invited me again.
Then I started going more often, mostly on my own. In the last years I’ve been on the island 2x per year and longer than just holiday to try life here.
I love Ibiza for many reasons: sun, beautiful beaches with turquoise sea, great walks, short winters, polarity of party versus spirituality and most import the energy. I always cry when I arrive and leave 🥺 It’s… a feeling!
Working @ Ibiza
Ibiza became even more special when I gave my first retreat in May 2023. The process of coming to that point started 10 years ago: I started a Dutch beauty blog – a choice that has brought me so much.
I did a lot of research and discovered things I don’t want to support (animal testing, fast fashion, how we lose ourselves in this society etc). So I started to live & write consciously as The Green Guide 🙏
I explored mindfulness, self development and spirituality which pushed me in my healing process. I started with meditation, yoga & journaling. It became my passion and I wanted to help others with it.
To do this professionally I did many courses: mindfulness trainer, Reiki master, NLP, coaching, yoga nidra teacher, inner child therapy, EFT, breathwork, family systems, Kundalini, yin yoga, TTC & more.
I’ve been working as a healer & guide for 5+ years now and since 2024 I’m also giving courses. Check the other pages for all options 🤗
